Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I truly appreciate your understanding of the following policies. Cancellations: I require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price. Late Arrivals: If you're running behind, please let me know as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment to stay on schedule for my other clients.
